Angel 2
Angel 2 is set in Seattle and has an Asian American woman as the subject. I wanted my angles to be non-traditional populations. I met a lovely woman who is scarred and knew she'd be my next angel. When painting the work, a tear appeared in her right eye. I hadn't planned on that, but imagine what an angel warrior would see and the tear makes sense.
