Carousel Horse 3
The Carousel Horse series is inspired by the merry-go-round in Central Park. I was amused that a child’s play thing would be completely full of angry horses. This last painting in the series fully expresses this anger and energy. I love this painting because it was an organic departure from the previous pieces — it created itself.
